November 2018 - Present:
Graphic Designer | Visualization Specialist:

  • Reporting: Designed a new Enterprise Technology & Security (Business Services) Monthly Business Report (MBR) for the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors and continued monthly maintenance and data population from multiple departments consecutively since March of 2019.

  • wDesk: Merged MBR, originally in InDesign, into wDesk in 2020 and created multiple other new wDesk reports that included programming to utilize one main data center workbook that would automatically populate multiple reports simultaneously to create consistency under tight deadlines both for the Technology & Security team but also Finance, Risk and CyberSecurity. Continuing to be a resident program expert within the Enterprise Department and extended teams.

  • Tableau: Have worked with different business lines to understand their needs and their data to help create user friendly dashboards. I have also learned to use the formatting tools within Tableau so that I could better assist the design translation to their dashboards where data can be updated in real time in an online format. 

  • Graphic Design: Have helped multiple internal teams across the Enterprise create presentations, logos, banners, share point sites, dashboards, internal catalogues, corporate books and pamphlets, wDesk and Tableau brand standards with Color Palate, fonts and chart designs to be distributed amongst the Tableau Developers to create consistency of design.

Graphic Designer & Illustrator: 

  • Meet with clients to understand scope and direction of each of the clients projects and their goals while working within specific needs, requirements, timeframes and budgets (extending to vendors, printers, photographers and copy writers). 

  • Created a wide range of assets including logos and corporate collateral (business cards, letterheads, etc.), brand standards, websites, catalogs, magazines, brochures, pamphlets, flyers, guidebooks, coffee table books, environmental design, booth graphics and forms. Primarily worked as a print designer but did have limited work with website coding, and e-blasts. 

  • Worked independently and with a team to create concepts across multiple platforms, through to presentations and then carrying them through to final pre-flight/pre-press files for printing or launching of their various required materials.

  • Worked to finalize, pre-flight and package file for pre-press, including creating custom die-lines and mechanicals when necessary.
